- the app version (you can find it in the App Store or in the app's settings);
- what happened and the steps that lead to the problem;
- screenshots or a screen recording, if you can.
Many of our apps also let you contact support directly from their settings. Messages sent this way include technical details that help us investigate.
Subscriptions and purchases
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
- Choose the subscription and tap Cancel Subscription.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period or free trial to avoid being charged for the next one. You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for. Deleting an app does not cancel its subscription.

How do I restore my purchases?
Purchases are linked to your Apple Account. Make sure you're signed in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you used for the purchase, then open the app's subscription screen and tap the option to restore purchases.
How do I request a refund?
All payments are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple too. We can't issue refunds ourselves. To request one:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
- Tap I'd like to, then choose Request a refund.
- Choose the reason and the purchase, then submit.

I was charged, but paid features are still locked
Try restoring your purchases as described above. If that doesn't help, write to us and attach a screenshot of the receipt from Apple (without your payment details), and we'll sort it out.
